March 2006 GRAVEL AND SHEA DEFENDS AGAINST SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AGAINST ATTORNEYAfter being fully reimbursed all of the monies an attorney wrongfully commingled, the attorney's former clients brought a civil action for up to $900,000 in damages. Bob O'Neill successfully defended against this claim for damages, and the jury in Rutland returned a verdict for $9,000.
