In a lengthy decision, Judge William K. Sessions III of the United States District Court for the District of Vermont entered summary judgment for the firm's client on all counts against him. ROSS FELDMANN JOINS THE FIRMGravel and Shea is pleased to announce that Ross Feldmann joined the firm's litigation department in September of 2006. Ross completed his undergraduate studies in 1999 at Syracuse University, summa cum laude, and received his law degree from Cornell Law School, magna cum laude, in 2004.
