March, 2007 On March 23, 2007, Andrew Manitsky spoke at a seminar on intellectual property at the Vermont Bar Association's Mid-Year Meeting. Mr. Manitsky discussed trademark litigation, including obtaining preliminary injunctive relief, proving trademark infringement, and dealing with domain name disputes and cybersquatting, among other trademark litigation issues. Mr. Manitsky is Chair of the VBA's Intellectual Property Section. |
