Ethan B. McLaughlin
Ethan McLaughlin is an associate in the Corporate Department of Gravel & Shea, whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, securities matters and intellectual property licensing and transactions. Mr. McLaughlin joined the firm in 2010. Prior to moving to Vermont, Mr. McLaughlin practiced for several years with a large law firm in New York City.
