Estate and Trust LitigationIn collaboration with our estate planning and tax groups, Gravel and Shea litigators have represented clients in a wide variety of contested (and even uncontested) matters involving trusts and estates, such as probating a will, allowance of fiduciary accounts, and trust administration claims. We have experience on all sides of such matters, and have represented claimants, beneficiaries, executors and administrators, and fiduciaries. Our firm experience includes involvement in a major case to establish whether a disclaimer of inheritance can be revoked by the disclaimant because of a unilateral mistake. Gravel and Shea attorneys have also litigated actions to reform, terminate or amend trusts, including charitable trusts under the cy pres doctrine. MEMBERS: Robert F.
