Jeanne joined the firm in 2009 as special counsel after practicing for over ten years in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Ernst & Young's National Office. Jeanne has a broad corporate and transactional tax background, and also has significant experience with tax incentives and structuring for renewable energy projects. At Gravel and Shea, Jeanne focuses her practice on business transactions, individual tax and estate planning, and renewable energy incentives.
