Matthew B. Byrne

Matthew Byrne practices in all areas of business litigation and frequently represents clients in complex commercial cases. Mr. Byrne has represented some of the largest corporations in the world in cases involving multi-billion dollar exposure. Before joining Gravel and Shea, Mr. Byrne was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, a large Chicago law firm. While practicing in Chicago, Mr. Byrne appeared in both federal and state courts across the country, including California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, New York, Texas, and Utah.

Mr. Byrne’s practice covers all facets of business litigation, including failed merger litigation, insurance coverage, contract disputes, trademarks, trade secrets, technology, and personal injury cases.
