Andrew Manitsky represents clients in complex civil litigation, including trademark and copyright disputes, in both Vermont and New York.  He is also the Chair of the Vermont Bar Association's Intellectual Property Section, and has given seminars on copyright infringement, trademark litigation, and trade secrets protection.
