Tim Eustace joined Gravel and Shea as Special Counsel in 2007 after practicing at a prominent municipal law firm in Burlington, Vermont since 1996, where he concentrated on real estate, construction law, labor and employment matters and litigation. Mr. Eustace has extensive experience with a broad spectrum of real estate matters, including property acquisition, sales and leases; subdivision and development; permitting; land conservation; boundary disputes and highway/access issues. In recent years, he has served as a member of faculty for several seminars concerning highway and right-of-way issues. At Gravel and Shea, Mr. Eustace's practice consists mainly of assisting clients with real estate, land use development, environmental regulation and construction law matters.

Personal Interests
