Chip Mason joined Gravel and Shea in 2003 after practicing as a corporate attorney at another prominent law firm in Burlington, Vermont since 1997 where he specialized in equity financings.

At Gravel and Shea, Mr. Mason's practice consists mainly of assisting clients in debt and equity financings. He also handles mergers and acquisitions and licensing transactions. His clients include large and small businesses both in Vermont and across the nation for whom he serves as outside general counsel.
