Brent G. Lanoue

Brent Lanoue’s practice focuses on corporate law, executive compensation and employment law. Prior to joining Gravel & Shea, Brent worked for several years at a large law firm in Boston, where he provided advice on executive compensation, labor and employment and employee benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions. He also drafted and negotiated employment agreements and prepared equity arrangements for C-level employees and counseled employers on compliance issues under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. Previously, Brent clerked for the Honorable Brian L. Burgess at the Vermont Supreme Court.

Prior to law school, Brent worked as a paralegal in the United States Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and as a middle and high school teacher.
