Chase S. Whiting

Chase Whiting is an associate in the firm’s litigation department where he focuses on all aspects of litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts.  Chase was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ellen Lipton Hollander of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Honorable Frank Gaziano of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.  Chase was also a law clerk in the Executive Office of the President during the Obama Administration.  Chase worked full-time during law school as Georgetown University’s Senior Analyst of Strategic Initiatives and, prior to that, with the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic.  Prior to law school, Chase taught eighth grade science in a bilingual public school on the U.S.-Mexico border.  In his free time, Chase volunteers with the Central Vermont Chapter of Trout Unlimited and the Adirondack Council.
