Scott Rowland

Scott Rowland joined Gravel & Shea in 2018 where his practice focuses on real estate development, energy and utility matters, and business transactions.  Previously, Scott worked for a renewable energy firm developing and managing a portfolio of commercial energy projects throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic States. Scott also served as a legal intern for Vermont’s Department of Public Service where he worked on a range of regulatory issues involving telecommunications, energy system permitting, and utility acquisitions.  Scott grew up in Shelburne, Vermont and is an avid skier and cyclist.
